SHIPPING, UPDATES & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

​

Production times can vary due these products being handmade. Factors such as size, complexity, and general error can delay production. However, most pins are completed and shipped from the factory in a 3-5 month period, then take 2-3 days to ship from MBP to customers. It is rare that a pin takes longer than 6 months, however if a pin extends past a 6 month period, customers are welcome to request a refund and forfeit the preordered pin if preferred. I do not offer combined shipping, my shipping platform does not have this feature and it proves to be a logistical nightmare to do this manually so please be sure you have added all items to your cart before checking out!

All orders are sent with tracking. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. All pins in stock have a 3-10 business day processing time. Pre-orders are shipped as soon as they are in stock. This process can take anywhere between 1-2 weeks.

**Once the postal service scans the item into their system, any claims or issues regarding your packages will be directed to USPS. 

 

Should you require an upgraded shipping option that includes insurance, contact us at monocacybottompins@gmail.com to arrange the additional fees. Insurance requests must be received within 1 hour after purchase.

We are not liable for damaged, lost, and/or stolen packages. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact your local USPS office and complete a Help Request Form and/or a Missing Mail Search Request.**

​​​Presale  Policy

​

In agreement with buying a presold item you acknowledge and agree to wait the necessary time for your item to be completed. Each item is custom made by hand and time frames of completion vary. Please understand in buying a presale item  you have agreed to commit to the design. Each item production can vary from 4-6 months, each presold item is hand crafted and therefor time frames can exceed 6 months if changes are needed.

No selling of presale spots is allowed, doing so will result in refunds of your orders and ban from presales.

MBP encourages the community engagement of "drop buddying", however if you and your drop buddy both purchase the same pin at drop, it is your responsibility to have a plan. It is unfair to both MBP and other customers to abuse product stock by drop buddying and refunding. Unfortunately, it has to be assumed refund requests during new drop periods are due to drop buddying and so all will be treated as such.

Presales have a no refund policy unless production time has passed 6 months, then you may request a refund by email. Refunds will always be granted if requested, however there will be penalties associated such as temporary loss of shop privileges, with certain refund requests to deter habitual behavior.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the limited nature of our products all sales are final. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Please include photos of the product, and the order number. Requests for exchanges will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Exchanges are not guaranteed due to the small/limited edition size of these products. Refunds will always be granted if requested, however there will be penalties associated such as temporary loss of shop privileges, with certain refund requests to deter habitual behavior.
